- Teams require a minimum of 3 members to qualify for the team portion of the competition.
- Every church, business, or organization can have a team.
- Individual times will still be recorded, with overall prizes awarded.

Event Details:
- Day of Registration: 7:30 am
- Run Begins: 9:00 am
- Location: Rocky Mount Sports Complex
(600 Independence Drive, Rocky Mount) - Cost: $40
T-shirt is included with registration if registered before August 11. - Pre-registration ends Thursday, August 28 at 11:50 am. After this, you will need to register the day of the event. Day of registration is $50, card only.

- 1st Place Overall Male & Female: Chick-fil-A for a Year
- 2nd-3rd Place Overall Male & Female: Pace Yourself Gift Card
